These Terms apply to Sector Run, a game operated by Baris Sen. By using Sector Run, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Using Sector Run

Sector Run is provided for personal entertainment. You may use the game in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the platform where you obtained it.

Age and parents

Sector Run is intended for general audiences. If you are a minor, use the game with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian. Apple App Store Age Rating: the final rating is assigned from Apple's App Store Connect age-rating questionnaire and displayed on the App Store listing. Regional ratings may vary by country or region.

No ads or purchases

The current iOS app does not include advertising, in-app purchases, paid virtual currency, subscriptions, or external account systems.

Virtual gameplay content

Sector Run includes virtual gameplay state such as Scrap, revives, ships, pilots, upgrades, rare synergies, bosses defeated, mastery progress, high scores, and other run or account progress. These items are part of the game only. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not create any property or ownership interest outside the game.

Local saves

Sector Run stores progress locally on your device. Local saves may be lost if you delete the app, erase device data, restore a device, or encounter a software or storage issue. The current iOS app does not provide cloud sync.

Updates and availability

Sector Run may change over time. Features, balance, content, compatibility, and availability may be updated, added, limited, or removed. We may stop offering or supporting the game where reasonably necessary.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sector Run in a way that breaks applicable law, interferes with the game or platform, attempts to access unauthorized systems, distributes malware, or misrepresents your relationship with Sector Run or Baris Sen.

Intellectual property

Sector Run, including its name, art, code, design, gameplay systems, text, and audio, is protected by intellectual property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Sector Run or its content to you.

Disclaimer

Sector Run is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baris Sen disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baris Sen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of Sector Run.
